This is another tried & true classic from Real Food's OG menu (6 years ago!). We slow cook flank steak, mix it up with a delicious tomato sauce, green olives, roasted red peppers and then hand pull it to create an authentic Cuban flavor. Brown rice and black beans are served on the side.

All the food is great but I always make sure to include this meal in my order. The entire meal is so flavorful and portioned great !
The Ropa is so tender, and the combination of the maduro, lime wedge, brown rice and black beans is just exceptional.
