We are Real Foods. Our goal is to give everyone the option to eat clean, REAL, minimally processed, no BS food at an affordable price.


Chef Chris Paolello

Chef Chris started Real Foods in 2017 to help others become healthy and show the world that eating clean does not have to be boring. In 2016, he received his degree in Culinary Excellence from the Institute of Culinary Education (ICE) in Manhattan. At ICE, he perfected his already astonishing ability to cook delicious food, and incorporates the skills he learned in each and every meal.

Chef Chris’ passion and skill combine to create the masterpieces you eat when you order from Real Foods. Health, sustainability, and creativity are at the forefront of all of our meals to help fuel your life! 

Anthony Manzo-Lewis

Anthony came on board as a marketing/financial consultant in 2018 after several years working in the kitchen helping Real Foods succeed since day one. Since 2019 Anthony has served as the company’s Co-Owner, CFO & CMO. He obtained his bachelors degree with a dual concentration in Finance & Business Management at the University at Albany, where he played Division 1 football. Upon graduation, Anthony signed to play professional football with the Los Angeles Chargers, where he truly learned the meaning of hard work, and the value of a sound meal plan. 12-14 hour days in 90° heat would not be possible without proper nutrition and hydration.

During the offseason and the time spent in-between teams, Anthony focused on his nutrition just as much as his exercise. Real Foods was able to take the thinking and cooking/cleaning out of his day so he could focus on his exercise, playbook, rehabilitation, or take some time to relax and let his body recover. Anthony was able to see the benefits of eating all natural whole foods first hand. Real Foods was able to give him a competitive advantage, not only physically from an athletic standpoint, but also mentally, being able to sleep and recover more efficiently.

Marisa Sudol

Fiancé of Chris Paolello, who was diagnosed with stage 3 non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma in June of 2019, has been a pivotal part of Real Foods from the beginning from helping out administratively to helping develop recipes and meals. Real, clean food cooked by Chef Chris was a huge part of Marisa’s cure and she continues to incorporate this food in her life to stay healthy.

In the beginning of the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic, Marisa and Chris found out they were having another baby, which they did not think was possible due to the strong chemotherapy drugs used in her treatment. Throughout her pregnancy and post-partum journey, she used and continues to use healthy real food to fuel her & her family. Their two daughters, Riley and Charlotte both eat their dad’s scratch made food and love it!
