Sourdough Bread

Fresh, crispy, beautiful and delicious sourdough bread is ready every Sunday for pick up or delivery! Chef Chris uses his sourdough starter to curate his signature loaves. It is a labor of love - each loaf has a 12-24 hour process of stretching and folding, fermenting, and shaping the dough before baking. Each loaf also has a unique design that Chef Chris etches into it before baking to perfection.
