Mini Carrot Cake Muffins (no sugar added)

Mini carrot cake muffins are cooked to perfection with no added sugar! We use pure maple syrup to sweeten these little beauties. Served with a side cup of cream cheese frosting (no sugar added) and a fruit cup with mixed berries.
